Join Old Fashioned Golf in partnership with the Sullivan Arndt Fancy Heart Fund to help support the Herma Heart Institute at Children's Wisconsin. Proceeds from this custom order will help the children and families receiving cardiac care at the Herma Heart Institute, the same place where Sully Arndt (now 10) received his 3rd (successful) open heart surgery in 2018, and most recent transcatheter pulmonary valve replacement
in September 2025.

Be all heart in what you're passionate about, to the ones you care about, and the adventures you dream about. Be all heart in times of uncertainty, and through times of celebration. Be all heart in what you do, who you're with, and the things you love.
- The three stripes within the heart signify the three open heart surgeries that Sully has had.
- The term "Fancy Heart" was used since the day Sully was born because "heart defect" wouldn't fit. This was a phrase created to turn a negative into a positive— something this family always strives to do. You can find this term, in Sully's handwriting (sketched following his third surgery), proudly displayed on each sleeve.
